Senior Functional Solution Analyst (FSA), Payment

About the Role

The Challenge Play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within the payment banking domain. You will translate business requirements into functional solutions that support secure, scalable, and efficient banking operations.

What You Will Do

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and system workflows.
• Analyze business and system impacts, identify dependencies, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop test plans and test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide deployment support and post-implementation assistance to ensure smooth system stabilization.

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Solution Analysis, banking operations, or system development.
• Knowledge or experience in Functional Solution Analyst (FSA) responsibilities.
• Exposure to payment banking, including domestic or cross-border remittance, is an advantage.
• Accredited tertiary qualification.
