Senior Functional / Technical Analyst

For a strategic and data-driven programme within the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Functional / Technical Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and IT.

Your responsibilities

• Gather, challenge and analyse business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical analyses
• Create clear, Dev-Ready user stories and specifications
• Model business processes using UML and BPMN
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and testers
• Support testing activities and solution validation
• Facilitate workshops, refinements and Agile ceremonies
• Contribute to the successful delivery of data-oriented initiatives

Required experience

• Functional and/or Technical Analysis
• Agile / Scrum environments
• Jira & Confluence
• UML and BPMN
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in IT and data-related projects
• Ability to work comfortably between business and development teams

Nice to have

• Cloud experience (AWS or similar)
• AI / LLM exposure
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, public sector or enterprise environments
