JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in fund accounting.
• Experience handling private equity funds or hedge funds.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of preparing and reviewing GAAP financial statements.
• Experience with annual audit processes, including audit testing.
• Solid understanding of partner allocations and the calculation of management and performance fees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage fund accounting activities for private equity and/or hedge fund accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP requirements.
• Support annual audits by coordinating audit requirements and performing audit testing.
• Calculate and review partner allocations, management fees, and performance fees.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of fund accounting records and financial reports.
