Senior Gen AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications. In this role, you will lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents into scalable, secure cloud environments, with a primary focus on Azure and AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy GenAI solutions, AI agents, and multi-modal workflows integrated with cloud platforms
• Build, host, and scale scalable AI codebases using Azure and AWS cloud services
• Debug, evaluate, and fine-tune model performance for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into tech solutions and mentor junior engineers

About you

• 4+ years in software/AI engineering with proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications
• Strong proficiency in Python (or Java)
• Hands-on experience with Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, WebApps) and LLM API integration
• Experience with building AI agents, multi-modal models, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AWS (Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, DynamoDB) or Google Cloud AI
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
