Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Technical Lead

Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior GenAI and Agentic AI Technical Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of next-generation intelligent systems within our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, you will architect and lead the creation of sophisticated autonomous agents and large language model (LLM) applications that drive innovation and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the evolving landscape of generative artificial intelligence, combining technical mastery with strategic vision to deliver scalable solutions that address complex business challenges. Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced agentic AI architectures utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Develop and optimize applications leveraging Amazon Bedrock Agents and vector databases to ensure high-performance retrieval and context management.
• Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Architect scalable systems that enable autonomous decision-making and multi-agent collaboration for complex task execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for GenAI and agentic solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor engineering teams on the latest advancements in generative AI and agent orchestration.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, continuously refining models and workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in building applications with Vector Databases and managing unstructured data for AI retrieval.
• Have hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock Agents and the ability to deploy secure, compliant AI solutions on cloud platforms.
• Show deep proficiency in modern AI orchestration tools including Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Hold a solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, prompt engineering, and the principles of Generative AI.
• Exhibit a track record of leading technical initiatives in the domain of Agentic AI and autonomous systems.
• Be capable of working within a competitive compensation range of ₹17 LPA, reflecting the specialized nature of this role.
