Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or data engineering roles
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience using popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries
• Proven track record of building ML models, data pipelines, LLM applications, RAG systems, and AI-enabled workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, or similar technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, experimentation, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML solutions leveraging techniques such as statistical modeling, generative AI, and large language models
• Build reusable data pipelines, analytics workflows, and AI-driven projects for structured and unstructured data
• Create rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using Python, AI SDKs, and APIs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transition prototypes into scalable production systems
• Contribute to architecture discussions involving model selection, cloud deployment, and system security
• Monitor advancements in AI technologies and industry trends, sharing insights with the team
• Support AI innovation through workshops, documentation, and knowledge sharing
