Currently, we are currently looking for a Senior General Accountant. The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify and record daily accounting transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile revenue, expenses, accounts receivable/payable, cash and bank transactions.
• Monitor inventory movements and balances, and reconcile inventory data between warehouse records and accounting records.
• Check invoices and supporting documents for sales and purchase transactions.
• Monitor and calculate cost of goods sold and related costs.
• Perform monthly reconciliation and accounting closing activities.
• Prepare monthly accounting and management reports.
• Support tax declarations and financial statements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales and other relevant departments to ensure accurate accounting data.
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
• 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in trading, distribution or manufacturing companies.
• Good knowledge of accounting entries, AR/AP, revenue, expenses, inventory and account reconciliation.
• Experience in checking accounting documents and invoices.
• Good command of Excel; experience with MISA, FAST or other accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, careful and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Vietnamese-owned trading, distribution or manufacturing companies.
• Experience with inventory, COGS, costing or product costing.
• Experience working with tax authorities and supporting tax filings/financial statements.
