Role Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer

Location:

Hybrid, Porto/Lisbon, Portugal

Required Skills 5+ years ofhands-on experiencewith Genesys On-Premise, including Framework, Routing/URS, Reporting, and GenesysComposer/IVR.

Strong knowledge of VoIP andtelephony,particularly SIP, RTP, SDP, and SBCs.

Experience with Genesys InfoMart (GIM) and SQLdatabases suchas MS SQL or Oracle.

Experience developing integrationsusing REST APIs/Web Services and connecting telephony platforms with externalsystems.

Experience with React.js or similar frontendframeworks is a strong plus.

Experience or strong interestin migration from Genesys On-Premise to Diabolocom/CCaaS is highly valued.

Strong troubleshootingand problem-solving skills, with experience providing L3 technical support.

FluentEnglishmandatory; French is a strong plus.
