- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency enhancements within accounting workflows.
- Support external audits, system implementations, and special finance projects as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with NetSuite preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large and complex datasets; familiarity with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, audit-ready financial records.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict month-end close deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $108,000 to $127,000 USD, plus equity eligibility.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with strong employer coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match and immediate vesting.
- Flexible PTO policy, paid sick leave, and company-paid holidays.
