Senior GL Accounting Manager

Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations for 13-15 property management companies ensuring accurate accounting transactions, timely financial reporting, and full compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory requirements. The role drives strong general ledger governance, period-end closing, audit coordination, and continuous process improvement in a shared service environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

R2R Leadership

• Lead R2R operations with support from 2 direct subordinates covering daily, month-end, and year-end activities
• Manage resources and workloads supporting 13-15 legal entities
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality financial deliverables

General Ledger & Transactions

• Oversee GL master data, postings, accruals, deferrals, prepaids, and reclassifications
• Supervise foreign currency revaluation, GR/IR clearing, cost allocation, and bank reconciliation
• Maintain accounting accuracy for both active and inactive entities

Closing, Tax & Reporting

• Lead month-end and year-end closing and trial balance generation
• Oversee single-entity financial statements (accounting & tax basis)
• Manage VAT filings (P.P.30), corporate income tax (P.N.D. 50 & 51), and transfer pricing disclosures
• Ensure accuracy of related party transactions and carry-forward balances
• Coordinate the submission of single-entity packages for consolidation to relevant parties (e.g., RBH, VGI, Consolidation team) to support group-level financial reporting.

Audit & Stakeholder Management

• Act as key contact for external auditors and regulators
• Support DBD e-filing and Revenue Department submissions
• Provide financial insights and data to management and business units

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of TFRS (PAE / NPAE) and Thai taxation
• Solid experience in R2R, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting
• Audit background and SAP experience are advantages
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Good command of English
