Senior Golang Developer

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join our team in a hybrid setup based in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs while ensuring high performance, security, and seamless database integration. This opportunity is ideal for experienced developers with 4–5+ years of hands-on expertise who are detail-oriented, strong problem solvers, and ready to build robust backend solutions in a collaborative project environment.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build scalable and reliable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop and integrate services with databases and third-party systems.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Frontend/Mobile Developers, Product, and QA teams.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
• Maintain clean, maintainable code and technical documentation.
• Participate in technical discussions, sprint activities, and weekly offline meetings.
• Contribute to backend architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Golang or Backend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Golang, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and database optimization.
• Proficient with Git, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Good understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal) for team collaboration.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Yogyakarta with weekly offline meetings.
