We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer with strong hands-on experience in Go, working knowledge of Python, and exposure to AI-powered engineering tools . The ideal candidate should have solid backend development expertise and experience building scalable, reliable, production-ready applications.

🔹 Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Golang & Backend Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.
• Apply Go concurrency concepts, including goroutines and channels, for efficient processing.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code using SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Implement error handling, retries, idempotency, authentication, and authorization.

Python & API Development

• Work with Python for backend development, API integration, scripting, and automation as required.
• Develop and maintain APIs supporting product configuration, rate cards, usage, rating, summaries, audit trails, and job management.
• Build reusable libraries and modularize existing backend components.

AI-Assisted Engineering

• Use AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, test generation, and code reviews.
• Validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and production readiness.

Cloud, Data & Production Support

• Develop and support cloud-based services using AWS Lambda, ECS/containers, and RDS.
• Work with SQL, relational databases, transactions, and data consistency.
• Support asynchronous processing, data ingestion, reconciliation, and high-volume data workflows.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production reliability.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely fixes.

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

• Golang: Strong hands-on experience in Go programming, concurrency, interfaces, error handling, and backend service development.
• Python: Working knowledge or hands-on experience in Python development.
• Backend & APIs: REST API design, microservices, API security, authentication, authorization, retries, and idempotency.
• Software Engineering: SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, modular architecture, and unit testing.
• AI Development Tools: Exposure to Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted engineering tools.
• AWS: Experience with Lambda, ECS/containers, and RDS.
• Database & Data Processing: SQL, relational database design, transactions, asynchronous processing, and data consistency.
• DevOps & Reliability: CI/CD, automated testing, production debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• Experience with billing, metering, rating, or subscription management systems.
• Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and high-volume transactional systems.

A strong backend engineer with 6+ years of experience, excellent Golang proficiency, Python exposure, and familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools . Candidates should demonstrate ownership of code quality, system reliability, and production support.
