Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual branding and creative direction across all outlets and marketing channels. This role requires strong creative leadership, the ability to manage design projects end-to-end, and close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing campaigns, and outlet visual identity
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, reviewing and refining their work
• Develop creative concepts for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and rebranding initiatives
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies as required
• Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives
• Present design concepts and rationale to management/stakeholders
• Advanced motion graphics and video editing software proficiency (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Food styling and photography direction

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or branding-focused industries

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics/video editing skills are an advantage

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and campaign work

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Strong understanding of print production and digital design requirements

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced F&B environment
