Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities (Work location: Lai Chi Kok)

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow designers to uncover and drive new design opportunities, connecting user needs with business goals.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve design processes to support rapid iteration and high-impact releases.
• Employ design thinking methodologies to deliver globally relevant, user-friendly solutions.
• Engage in design reviews, contributing expert insights and actionable suggestions.
• Own the end-to-end design process: identifying opportunities, setting the vision, and partnering with the engineering team to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with the broader design team for seamless product experiences.
• Conduct user research, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions and drive impactful solutions with the product team.
• Produce detailed, robust UI designs and directly collaborate with the engineering team to guarantee the highest product quality.
• Develop clear rationale for design choices and articulate perspectives effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Graphic design experience for web/mobile platforms, preferably within an agency or high-growth company.
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Figma, etc. Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Comfy UI, Stable Diffusion) is a strong plus.
• Experience conducting user research to inform product decisions.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity with solid understanding of brand design principles and ability to adapt to diverse styles.
• Be able to work in fast-paced, agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Prior experience designing for Gaming, Cryptocurrency or Financial products.

Nice to Have

• Education background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A strong portfolio showcasing Graphic design skills for web and mobile.
• Team player attitude, open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
• Cantonese/English/Mandarin required to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders.
