Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Model Town, Delhi
Work Mode: Work from Office, 6 days a week

MADAX Media is a creative agency working primarily with F&B, hospitality and lifestyle brands. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of visual direction, think beyond execution and bring strong creative thinking to every brand we work with.

What You'll Do

• Lead the visual direction for multiple brands across social media and digital platforms
• Develop creative concepts, campaigns, brand identities and social media creatives
• Work closely with strategists and social media managers to translate ideas into strong visual stories
• Create carousels, static creatives, motion graphics, presentations and campaign assets
• Maintain visual consistency while adapting the design language to different brands
• Mentor and guide junior designers when required
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality
• Stay updated with design trends, typography, visual culture and emerging formats

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
• Strong portfolio across branding, social media and campaign design
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and preferably Figma
• Motion graphics knowledge will be an added advantage
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to understand a brief, challenge it when needed and bring your own perspective
