Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our performance-driven digital agency. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency and design standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating senior-level design work
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, and Adobe Media Encoder
• Proficiency in AI-powered design and creative tools
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience working with multiple brand styles, including corporate, nonprofit, modern, minimalist, and Islamic-inspired brands
• Ability to explain and justify design decisions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proactive approach to creative problem-solving and suggesting improvements

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, landing pages, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions from brief to final execution
• Maintain consistency across different brand identities and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, content, project management, and leadership teams
• Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign planning
• Recommend creative improvements and new ideas
• Stay updated with design trends and emerging creative technologies

Portfolio Requirement

A professional portfolio is mandatory. Your portfolio should demonstrate experience in:

• Branding and visual identity
• Social media campaigns
• Marketing collateral
• Web graphics
• Email marketing creatives
• Typography and layout
• Multi-platform campaign design

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
