Senior Graphic Designer (Branding, Sales & Marketing)

About the Role

SevenCo, a property development company, is looking for an experienced, versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our Branding, Sales & Marketing team as our first in-house design hire. You'll take full ownership of all digital and print design output for the team, working directly off internal briefs to deliver faster, more brand-consistent creative than our current outsourced model — while coordinating closely with Sales & Marketing on campaign execution.

What You'll Do

• Design and layout digital collateral — social media posts, EDMs/newsletters, digital banners, and carousel ads
• Design and produce print collateral — flyers, leaflets, brochures, invitation cards, and outdoor materials (banners, buntings, signage)
• Support sales collateral for campaigns, project launches, and promotions in close coordination with the Sales & Marketing team
• Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with printers/production vendors where external production is still required
• Shoot and edit video content (e.g. social media clips, promotional videos) as needed
• Maintain and champion brand consistency across all internally produced materials
• Manage multiple design requests concurrently, balancing planned campaign work with ad-hoc/urgent requests (e.g. same-day social content)
• Sit in on Sales & Marketing planning discussions to align design output with campaign strategy
• Organise and maintain design files, source assets, and templates for future reuse

What You'll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to both digital and print production
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print collateral
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); video shooting and editing skills (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut) are an advantage
• Solid understanding of print production processes and experience liaising with printers/vendors
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and respond quickly to urgent requests
• Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating directly with a Sales & Marketing team
• Property/real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not required
