Senior Graphic Designer

• Lead and manage the graphic design team and assign tasks based on project requirements.
• Create high-quality and creative designs for social media, branding, advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop branding concepts, logos, brand identities, and other visual communication materials.
• Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of designs before delivery.
• Guide junior designers and provide feedback to improve their design quality and skills.
• Understand client requirements and translate concepts into effective visual designs.
• Coordinate with the Creative, Social Media, Content, Video, and Marketing teams for campaign requirements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage design revisions and ensure client feedback is properly implemented.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.
• Develop creative concepts and new design ideas for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist the team in solving complex design requirements and technical issues.
• Support other departments with creative requirements whenever necessary.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets properly.
• Ensure all final designs are suitable for both digital and print platforms.
• Monitor the team's daily and monthly output and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
• Take responsibility for maintaining both design quality and productivity within the team.

Pay: ₹14,519.24 - ₹49,121.11 per month
