Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity and creative output for our aesthetic clinic brand(s) targeting the UAE market. The ideal candidate has a strong design background within the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry and understands how to translate premium, trust-driven visuals for a discerning Gulf audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-end visual content for social media, campaigns, clinic collateral, brochures, and digital ads, tailored to aesthetic/cosmetic clinic branding standards.

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual identities that reflect luxury, credibility, and clinical trust — essential values in the UAE beauty market.

• Maintain full brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints (website, Instagram, TikTok, email, clinic signage, patient education material).

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and social media team to produce campaign-ready assets on tight timelines.

• Manage multiple design projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery, while upholding UAE healthcare advertising compliance standards (e.g., DHA/MOH content guidelines where applicable).

• Mentor and guide junior designers if required, and continuously stay current with regional design and beauty-industry trends.

*Requirements*

• Minimum 5+ years of graphic design experience, with proven prior experience designing for aesthetic clinics, medical spas, dermatology, or cosmetic/beauty brands — UAE market experience is strongly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects/motion graphics skills are a strong plus.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating premium beauty/medical aesthetic branding work.

• Deep understanding of visual communication principles, brand identity management, and digital/print design across platforms.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines independently in a remote setting.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones with a UAE-based team.
