Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Faisal Town Group Head Office – Rawalpindi

Experience: 4–5 Years

Reports To: GM Marketing / Creative Lead

Faisal Town Group is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong hands-on design capability with conceptual thinking and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently develop creative concepts, build moodboards, prepare concept presentations, create key visuals, and guide a small team of designers. This role requires someone who can also step into the Creative Lead function when required and confidently provide creative direction to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, project launches, brand communication, social media and corporate initiatives.
• Build moodboards, visual references, style frames and creative territories for campaigns.
• Prepare concept reports, creative decks and visual direction presentations.
• Develop campaign key visuals and ensure consistency across digital, print, outdoor and social media platforms.
• Supervise and guide a team of 2–3 graphic designers.
• Review designers’ work and provide clear creative feedback and direction.
• Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts and executions.
• Work closely with the Creative Lead on campaign ideas, brand direction and major creative assignments.
• Act as the Creative Lead when required, including concept development, task direction, creative reviews and team coordination.
• Conduct visual, market and competitor research to support concept development.
• Maintain consistency with Faisal Town Group’s brand identity and visual standards.
• Collaborate with content, social media, digital, marketing and production teams.
• Manage multiple creative assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure final artwork is technically correct and ready for print, digital publishing or production.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Previous experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, real estate company, corporate marketing department or major brand will be preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, social media, key visuals and integrated design work.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to independently take a brief from research and moodboard stage through to final creative execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
