Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a similar creative role
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for basic video editing and motion graphics
• Strong hands-on experience in product photography, with the ability to operate DSLR cameras and adjust manual settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed)
• Proven experience in packaging design, branding (logos), catalogs, and marketing collaterals
• Advanced photo editing and retouching skills (color correction, compositing, shadowing, cleanup, etc.)
• Solid understanding of print production processes, materials, and color accuracy
• Proficient in file management and collaboration tools (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer)
• Strong understanding of modern design principles, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, or social media content design is an advantage
• Must have a strong and updated portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Willing to undergo a design assessment as part of the hiring process

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Content Development t

• Create graphics for marketing collateral, catalogs, packaging, web banners, and social media content
• Conceptualize visuals based on design briefs and project requirements
• Ensure all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and visual standards

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute design concepts
• Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and revisions
• Ensure timely completion of all design deliverables

Quality Control & Production

• Review and finalize designs for accuracy before printing or publishing
• Ensure all outputs are visually appealing, error-free, and production-ready
• Create packaging designs in accordance with company standards
• Produce high-quality product mock-ups and marketing materials

Photography & Visual Assets

• Conduct product photography for catalogs and e-commerce platforms
• Edit and enhance images to meet branding and marketing requirements

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other creative and design-related tasks as assigned by management

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Compressed work schedule)
• Alternating Saturdays: Twice a month (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
