Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Creative Designer with 3+ years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media creatives, digital-first campaigns, brand communication, and visual storytelling.

The candidate should be able to translate brand briefs into engaging visual concepts and create compelling designs for social media platforms and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Develop creative concepts, static posts, carousels, stories, banners, and digital campaign assets based on brand requirements.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, social media teams, and account managers to develop impactful campaign ideas.
• Understand brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all communication.
• Translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design styles, digital formats, and creative best practices.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine and improve creative outputs.
• Contribute innovative ideas for social-first campaigns, brand communication, and digital storytelling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or creative design, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital campaigns, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, their creative formats, and current design trends.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into engaging visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
