Senior Graphic Designer

Job SummaryNova IVF Fertility is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop impactful visual content that strengthens brand identity, enhances marketing campaigns, and supports digital and offline communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual creatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, and online advertisements.Develop brochures, flyers, standees, posters, presentations, clinic branding materials, and other offline marketing collaterals.Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials in line with Nova IVF's brand guidelines.Collaborate with the marketing, digital marketing, content, and business teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.Conceptualize and execute creative designs for brand awareness, patient engagement, promotional campaigns, and events.Create and adapt visual content for multiple platforms and formats.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Stay updated on design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.Review and provide creative direction to junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.5–8 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare, healthcare marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.Experience designing creatives for social media, digital advertising, print media, and marketing campaigns.Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.A strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, branding, and digital and print designs.Preferred CompetenciesUnderstanding of digital marketing requirements and campaign objectives.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Experience in the healthcare or fertility industry will be an added advantage.
