Title: Senior Designer (Fashion focus)

Location: Athens, Chalandri (Full-Time, In-House)

At COMMA, we create impactful digital experiences and communication campaigns for major Greek companies, with a strong focus on retail & fashion brands. We are expanding our design department and looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with a modern visual aesthetic, creative flair, and a passion for contemporary digital culture.

What you’ll do daily:

• Social Media Content: Conceptualize and design fresh, editorial, and scroll-stopping Stories, Posts and Banners.
• Email Marketing: Create visually stunning, modern, and click-ready Newsletters.
• Branding & Identity: Bring fresh concepts to corporate branding projects, identity layouts, and digital/printed catalogs.
• Workflow Support: Work closely with the Creative Director to streamline briefs and ensure high aesthetic standards across all assets.
• Cross-Team Link: Act as a key interface between design, marketing, and web development.

What we look for:

• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing an exceptional aesthetic vision , clean typography, and solid experience handling fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle accounts.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced Digital Agency.
• Social Media Native: Deep understanding of current social media trends, interactive formats, and short-form content aesthetics.
• Creative Mindset: Ability to bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to every brief, from a daily campaign asset to a full corporate identity.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Greek & English.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
