About Char Cosmetic

Char Cosmetic is a growing beauty and e-commerce brand specialising in innovative false lashes and eye beauty products. We are expanding across multiple international markets and are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our visual direction, create high-quality commercial designs, and bring strong creative ideas to our marketing campaigns.

This is not just a production design role. We want someone who can think creatively, understand branding and marketing, and produce designs that perform.

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Marketing, E-commerce and Creative teams to develop visual content across our digital channels.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong visual identity for Char Cosmetic while producing creative assets that support brand awareness, engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction and creative execution of marketing campaigns
• Develop high-quality creative assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms
• Design high-converting advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok and other paid media channels
• Create Shopify website banners, landing page graphics and promotional assets
• Design e-commerce product images, infographics and promotional materials
• Develop creative concepts for new product launches, campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Edit and retouch product photography to a professional standard
• Create multiple creative variations for testing and performance optimisation
• Maintain consistency across Char Cosmetic's branding and visual identity
• Develop and maintain design templates and brand assets
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to turn campaign strategies into compelling visual concepts
• Provide creative input and proactively suggest new design directions and ideas
• Stay up to date with beauty, fashion, social media and digital design trends
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a senior-level designer, not someone who simply follows briefs.

You should be someone who:

• Has a strong creative eye and excellent sense of aesthetics
• Understands branding, composition, typography and visual hierarchy
• Can take a concept from initial idea through to final execution
• Can work independently and make creative decisions
• Understands how design connects with marketing, customer behaviour and sales
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Pays exceptional attention to detail
• Is proactive and willing to contribute ideas rather than simply wait for instructions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Ability to communicate in english
• Strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level commercial design work
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced Canva skills
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
• Experience creating digital advertising creatives
• Experience designing for social media and e-commerce
• Strong photo editing and retouching skills
• Able to do packaging
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
