About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer who can own both the craft and the consistency of the Mister Mobile brand. This is a maker role first, you will be designing daily across retail, digital, campaign, and product touchpoints, while also setting the visual standards that the wider marketing team works within. You should be comfortable moving between a packaging dieline, a store facade concept, a social campaign key visual, and an AI generated hero image in the same week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day to day design output across marketing campaigns, social media, website, EDM, print collateral, and corporate communications.
• Own and evolve Mister Mobile's brand identity, including brand guidelines, visual standards, templates, and the master asset library.
• Safeguard visual consistency across every customer touchpoint, from retail floor to e-commerce listing to partner collaboration.
• Develop creative concepts and design systems that allow junior marketers to produce on brand content independently.
• Design product and packaging, including retail boxes, accessory packaging, labels, inserts, and dielines, working with printers and production vendors through to final artwork.
• Oversee the in store visual experience across all outlets, covering signage, POSM, promotional displays, digital signage, window graphics, and wayfinding.
• Design brand materials for events, exhibitions, roadshows, and partner activations.
• Use generative AI tools as part of the production workflow, for concept exploration, image generation, retouching, background extension, variation testing, and speeding up asset resizing, while keeping output on brand and production ready.
• Manage artwork approvals, production specifications, colour management, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate and on time delivery.
• Partner with the marketing, e-commerce, retail operations, and merchandising teams to translate business goals into strong creative.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands on design experience, with at least some of it in a brand, in house, or retail focused environment.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and comfortable working in Figma.
• Strong command of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to take a project from concept through to print ready artwork, with sharp attention to specifications, bleeds, colour profiles, and material finishes.
• Practical working knowledge of generative AI design tools, with a clear point of view on where AI helps and where it does not.
• Strong project management skills, able to run multiple live jobs across different teams and vendors without dropping details.
• Confident communicator who can present ideas, take feedback, and hold a standard with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• A strong portfolio covering branding, campaign work, and ideally packaging or retail design.
