Senior Graphical Designer (Visualizer)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Visualiser / Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our brand and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of conceptualizing ideas, creating impactful designs, maintaining brand consistency, and guiding junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print media.
• Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, event branding, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product teams, and external agencies.
• Mentor junior designers and review design quality.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and workflow.
• Organize and maintain design assets and templates.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visualiser.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva**, and familiarity with**
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, or Canva AI is preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, branding, and print production.
• Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior designers.

Preferred**:**

• Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Agency experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
