Senior Graphics Designer- 2d and 3d

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior 2D/3D Graphic Designer with strong experience in an advertising agency environment and a proven track record in offline marketing and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should have excellent visual design skills, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to transform creative briefs into impactful designs across print, retail, events, outdoor, and other physical marketing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for offline advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Create high-quality 2D and 3D artwork for various brand communication requirements.
• Design materials such as:
• Brochures, flyers and leaflets
• Posters and standees
• Hoardings and outdoor advertising
• Newspaper and magazine advertisements
• Product catalogues and company profiles
• POSM and retail branding
• Exhibition stalls and event branding
• Retail displays and in-store branding
• Packaging and promotional materials
• Corporate stationery and marketing collaterals
• Convert creative concepts into print-ready artwork while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Create realistic 3D visualizations, mock-ups and renders for products, retail spaces, displays and promotional installations.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Account Managers and Marketing teams.
• Interpret client briefs and develop multiple creative concepts where required.
• Ensure consistency in typography, layouts, imagery, colours and overall brand identity.
• Prepare files according to printing specifications, including bleed, crop marks, colour profiles, dimensions and resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers and production teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Review proofs and final artwork to identify and resolve design or production issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance when required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, printing techniques, materials and 3D visualization trends.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent conceptual and creative thinking.
• Strong knowledge of print and offline advertising production.
• Ability to create both 2D designs and 3D visualizations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Good understanding of branding and advertising communication.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to final production.

Software Proficiency

Must Have:

• Adobe Photoshop

3D Tools – any relevant combination:

• Blender
• 3ds Max
• Cinema 4D
• SketchUp
• V-Ray / Corona / similar rendering tools

Candidate Profile

• 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with an advertising, branding or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D, 3D, branding and offline advertising work.
• Experience working on multiple brands and client projects.
• Experience with print production, outdoor advertising, POSM, events and retail branding.
• Ability to independently handle projects from brief to final artwork.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
