Senior Graphics Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphics Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent knowledge of design principles, and the ability to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, designing marketing collateral, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with marketing, content, and other teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
• Develop creative concepts for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
• Design graphics and visual content based on brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and business teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
• Create UI/visual assets, infographics, illustrations, icons, and promotional creatives when required.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, screen sizes, and marketing channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Review and improve existing creative assets based on feedback and performance.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma and other modern design tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for social media, websites, digital marketing, and print.
• Ability to translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design experience.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics and basic video editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with AI-powered design and creative tools.
• Photography and image-editing skills.
• Experience working with established brand guidelines.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, skills, and portfolio.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
