Senior Growth Associate (Online Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance of trade promotions, flash sales, and menu strategies on online platforms (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood)
• Develop and execute online channel sales strategies to achieve GMV, order volume, and ROI targets
• Lead planning and execution of campaign calendars (payday promos, national events, brand activations, and platform campaigns)
• Manage day-to-day relationships with online delivery platforms; negotiate visibility slots, co-marketing opportunities, and monitor campaign effectiveness
• Analyze sales data, campaign results, and user behavior to optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix per channel
• Work closely with brand, operations, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, competitor activities, and digital F&B trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, or online F&B growth roles, with proven experience working internally at ShopeeFood, GrabFood, or GoFood is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Strong track record in managing food delivery platform sales and performance marketing
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with dashboards, campaign metrics, and performance reporting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing external platform partners
• Self-starter with high ownership, results-oriented mindset, and agility in a fast-paced environment
• Deep familiarity with the Indonesian online food delivery ecosystem and consumer behavior
