Senior GTM Data Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior GTM Data Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will oversee the operational integrity of customer and prospect data across the go-to-market ecosystem, ensuring the business can trust the information that powers revenue and marketing execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define standards, strengthen governance, and improve the quality and reliability of data across systems. The position will also play a key role in identifying risk, resolving workflow issues, and supporting scalable processes that enable accurate reporting and efficient operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $148,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational steward for customer and prospect data across GTM systems
• Own governance processes for data quality and operational policies
• Execute data hygiene programs such as deduplication and enrichment validation
• Partner with stakeholders to establish new data fields and standards
• Identify and remediate data quality risks within GTM data models
• Administer enrichment workflows and troubleshoot failures
• Monitor integrations and ensure data reliability across systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Operations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data management
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts is a plus
• Proven ability to maintain data quality through governance and hygiene practices
• Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
