Senior GTM Engineer

Senior GTM Engineer – Salesforce | Remote | Brazil

We're looking for a Senior GTM Engineer based in Brazil to build, improve, and scale the systems that support Go-to-Market operations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience.

This is a technical Salesforce/GTM engineering role for someone who understands more than CRM administration.

You'll be working across Salesforce, HubSpot, automation platforms, APIs, data flows, and GTM processes to build scalable systems and improve how teams operate.

The company is a US-based organization with a medium-sized team and a long-term remote engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the development and implementation of Go-to-Market systems and solutions.
• Translate technical architecture into practical GTM requirements and implementations.
• Build and optimize complex Salesforce Flows and integrations.
• Design automated workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Gong and other GTM tools.
• Connect systems and orchestrate data flows using APIs, Zapier, Make.com and native integrations.
• Build trigger-based workflows using fit, intent, and engagement signals.
• Analyze existing GTM processes, identify system gaps and implement scalable improvements.
• Refactor legacy systems and improve automation reliability.
• Use Salesforce declarative tools wherever possible and Apex when required.
• Support UAT, deployments, release validation and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and CX Operations.
• Explain technical decisions and system limitations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Deep understanding of GTM processes
• Experience in B2B or PLG SaaS environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow
• Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot
• Experience with at least one automation/middleware platform such as Zapier or Make
• Understanding of CRM architecture, data models, APIs and SQL
• Experience designing scalable GTM systems and automation workflows
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools and automation best practices
• Strong spoken and written English – B2 or above
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

Salesforce certification is especially important

Salesforce certifications are highly valued for this position and will carry significant weight during candidate evaluation.

Candidates with relevant Salesforce certifications and strong hands-on implementation experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
