Main Location: Makers Place (travel between sites may be required)

Pay: £32k-35k (p/a)

Your Perfect Stay is a growing luxury serviced apartment operator, combining five-star hospitality with the comfort and flexibility of beautifully designed apartments.

With 120 luxury apartments opening in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, we're looking for an experienced Senior Guest Experience Executive to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone confident taking ownership, resolving problems and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

The Role

You'll be a senior point of contact for our guests, taking ownership of the guest journey from arrival through to departure while working closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Operations.

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering a warm, professional and personalised guest experience.
• Managing arrivals, departures, guest communications and property tours.
• Handling guest queries and complaints, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
• Conducting quality checks and maintaining YPS service standards.
• Managing keys, access systems and guest requirements.
• Responding to guest reviews and helping drive positive feedback.
• Identifying operational issues and proactively finding solutions.
• Supporting the wider Operations Team with reporting, stock, purchasing and administration.
• Acting as a senior presence on shift and supporting colleagues when required.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, guest relations or a similar customer-facing environment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong hospitality and customer service experience.
• Is confident handling difficult situations and making decisions.
• Takes ownership and leads by example.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is highly organised, proactive and detail-focused.
• Can remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Understands the importance of luxury service and high standards.
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and booking/hospitality systems.
• Can work flexibly across day, evening and weekend shifts.
