Senior Hair Stylist

Join the next chapter of Pose

Pose is growing, and we are looking for talented hairdressers to join us in our brand new salon space in Hartlepool.

This is more than simply another chair in another salon. We are creating a fresh space built around great hair, high standards, education and genuine opportunities for people who want to develop their career.

We are looking for both full time and part time Hair Stylists.

Who we are looking for

We want confident, qualified hairdressers who genuinely care about their work.

You should be confident in cutting, colouring, styling and consultations, with excellent client care and a professional approach.

We want someone who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team. Someone who wants to keep learning, keep improving and build a loyal clientele.

An existing client base would be an advantage, but personality, ability and ambition matter to us too.

Why Pose?

Pose is an established, award winning Wella salon with a reputation for colour, education and high standards.

Our new salon is the next stage of our growth, creating more space for hair, beauty, specialist services and professional education.

You will be joining a supportive team with opportunities for continued training, development and progression as the business grows.

We want people who want to be part of what we are building, not simply somewhere to come to work.

The role

You will be responsible for delivering consistently high quality hair services, providing thorough consultations, maintaining excellent client care, building and retaining your clientele and contributing to the standards and atmosphere of the salon.

Full time and part time positions available.

If you are an experienced stylist looking for a fresh opportunity and would like to grow alongside Pose, we would love to hear from you.
