We are working with an established technology company in Wallonia that is looking to strengthen its hardware engineering team with a Senior Hardware Engineer specialising in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity and High-Speed Digital Design .

You’ll be involved in the design and development of complex electronic systems, working across the full hardware development cycle from architecture and design through to validation and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-speed digital hardware.
• Analyse and optimise Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) across complex PCB designs.
• Work with high-speed interfaces and digital communication technologies.
• Perform simulations and investigations relating to signal quality, power distribution and electromagnetic effects.
• Define PCB design requirements and collaborate closely with PCB layout engineers.
• Contribute to hardware architecture and technical design decisions.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience in high-speed digital hardware design .
• Solid expertise in Signal Integrity and/or Power Integrity .
• Experience with high-speed PCB design and analysis.
• Good understanding of transmission lines, impedance control, crosstalk, signal degradation and power distribution.
• Experience with hardware simulation and analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of digital electronics and PCB design principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues systematically.
• Fluent French and good English .
• Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
