Rewind Head Spa is seeking an experienced service professional who understands that a memorable treatment comes from skill, consistency, and attention to the individual.

As our Senior Head Spa Technician, you’ll deliver personalized services, help guests feel comfortable and understood, and support the development of our treatment team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys helping others reach the same standard.

An active Washington State massage therapy OR cosmetology license is required.

What you’ll do

• Begin appointments with a thoughtful consultation about guest preferences, sensitivities, and service goals.

• Deliver assigned services from Rewind’s head spa menu within your individual license scope and training. Assignments may include scalp cleansing, conditioning and hydration treatments, relaxation massage, or hair finishing, as applicable.

• Pay close attention to guest comfort, water temperature, appropriate pressure, and treatment pacing.

• Follow consistent service protocols while adapting permitted techniques to individual needs.

• Explain appropriate aftercare and recommend relevant services or products.

• Maintain clean, beautifully prepared treatment spaces and properly sanitized tools.

• Document guest preferences and relevant service notes.

• Mentor teammates and support technical training within your qualifications.

• Partner with the manager to address guest feedback and improve service consistency.

What you’ll bring

• An active Washington State massage therapy or cosmetology license.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in services relevant to your license.

• Strong consultation skills and a thoughtful, professional manner.

• Reliability, attention to detail, and respect for client privacy.

• The ability to give constructive feedback and lead by example.

Previous head spa experience, experience in a premium spa or salon, and staff-training experience are preferred. Two or more years of relevant service experience is preferred.
