Kinora Group is a senior executive search and strategic staffing firm working across hospitality, food & beverage, and entertainment in the US, UK, and Europe. We place the people who run great kitchens, clubs, venues, and private households and are launching an AI-backed hospitality platform soon.

The role

We're looking for an experienced headhunter who already has relationships across South Florida's luxury market. You'll open and grow our client base in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and Naples, and run searches end to end – from first conversation with the client to offer and onboarding.

You'll focus on some or all of:

• UHNW households and family offices – estate and house managers, butlers, private chefs, PAs

• Superyachts – captains, head chefs, chief stews, pursers, yacht management

• Private clubs and country clubs – GMs, COOs, F&B directors, executive chefs

• Hospitality, F&B and catering – senior operators, culinary leaders and management

What you'll do

• Win new clients and deepen existing relationships across South Florida

• Run retained and contingent searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles

• Build and maintain a strong candidate network – discreetly

• Represent Kinora at key events (boat shows, club and hospitality industry events)

• Work closely with our international team on cross-border searches (US, UK, Spain, UAE)

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in recruitment or executive search, with a track record of billing

• Existing client relationships in at least one of: UHNW/private households, yachting, private clubs, luxury hospitality or F&B

• Based in, or able to work regularly across, South Florida

• Discreet, credible with senior clients, and comfortable working with high-profile families

• Self-starter who wants to build a desk, not just fill one

• Spanish is a plus
