Senior HR Advisor - Workforce Change Location: London

Role Type: Contract - 6 months

Work Setup: Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office

What You'll Do

• Support and deliver workforce change programmes, including restructures, redundancies, settlements, and TUPE transfers.
• Ensure legal compliance and consistent application of Employee Relations (ER) frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive effective organisational transformation.
• Collaborate with the wider ER team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc or project-based support to Case Management and Strategy & Policy teams as needed.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in ER casework and workforce transformation (restructuring, redundancy, TUPE).
• Expertise in consultations, business partnering, and providing policy-driven advice.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate complex environments.
• Background in Financial Services, Insurance, Asset Management, or other regulated/matrix organisations (preferred).
• CIPD Level 3-5 qualification (preferred but not essential - relevant experience is key).
• A proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
