Senior HR & Admin Exec

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, selection and interview arrangements.

• Conduct interviews up to Executive level and arrange interviews for Management-level positions.

• Build and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines through social media, recruitment platforms and external networking.

Employee Relations

• Provide support in employee counselling and disciplinary matters, including recommending appropriate actions to management.

Payroll & HR Operations

• Assist in monthly payroll processing by checking staff attendance, overtime and payroll-related information.
• Maintain and update employee records, including new joiner details, leave applications and payroll changes in the HR system.
• Monitor employee attendance and report absenteeism and attendance issues to the Manager.
• Maintain and update proper HR documentation and employee records.

Administration

• Handle general office administration and provide administrative support as required.
• Coordinate and manage administrative matters to ensure smooth daily office operations.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by Management.
