Senior HR & Admin Executive

* Full spectrum of payroll function. (Monitoring attendance and leave status, computing overtime, processing payroll)

* Prepare HR relevant letters (Appointment letter, Transfer letter, Confirmation letter, Extension letter, and etc.)

* Manage foreign worker documentation and processes by liaising with the relevant government agency, handles FOMEMA, documentation renewal, open bank account, replace bank card, police report etc

* Coordinate office administration matters including licences application,permits, utilities , tenancy documents and renewal

* To assist with handling the government departments on company matter such as busines licences, utilities, inspection by Bomba, Jabatan Kesihatan, Jabatan Alam Sekitar and etc.

* To be responsible for all HR administrative needs of all employees.

* General administration task and ad-hoc assignment from time to time.

Requirement:

Able to handle full payroll processing

Experienced in HR 2000 payroll system ( ipayroll/ quickpay) is an added advantage

Experience in handling Foreign Worker documentation and Business Licensing matters

Possess valid driving license

willing to work in Rawang
