Senior HR Associate

About the role

A Senior HR Associate role within a Data Center Supply Chain Solution Company, based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The position involves managing recruitment, employee development, compliance, and workplace administration across a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process
• Orient new employees and provide training to existing employees
• Handle foreign workers and expatriates for permit or visa applications
• Monitor employee performance
• Ensure all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
• Oversee the health and safety of all employees
• Implement systematic staff development procedures
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance
• Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format

About you

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with CP22 and certain statutory submission processes
• Experienced in handling foreign worker recruitment, permits, and accommodation regulations
• Capable of managing and overseeing training sessions
