Senior HR Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior HR Coordinator to join a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee development, and internal employee engagement initiatives. This position is ideal for an HR professional who combines strong HR foundation with creativity, business acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate HR functions across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll administration.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs and employee training initiatives.
• Assist in Employee Relations matters and support HR policies and employee engagement activities.
• Support payroll and compensation & benefits administration in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Create and coordinate internal communication materials for employee engagement programs, town hall meetings, company events, and HR campaigns.
• Design or collaborate on employee communication content, presentations, and engagement materials with a creative and employee-centric approach.
• Support work permit, visa, and related documentation processes for expatriate employees.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide HR support aligned with business objectives.
• Handle ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure as an HR Generalist.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and Learning & Development (L&D).
• Good understanding of Employee Relations (ER), with basic knowledge and exposure to Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Payroll processes.
• Experience from commercial, service, retail, trading, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Background or exposure in Marketing, Internal Communication, Content Creation, or Employer Branding will be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of communication design, presentation preparation, and employee engagement activities.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation with the ability to travel independently.
• Experience supporting work permit and visa processes for expatriates is an advantage.
