Roles and Responsibilities

• Reporting To: Manager HR
• Job Purpose
• To manage day-to-day HR operations at the corporate office and manufacturing unit, ensuring effective manpower management, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and implementation of HR policies.
• Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff and factory positions, interview coordination, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, appointment and confirmation letters, transfers, promotions, separation documentation, and HR databases.
• Attendance & Payroll: Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime, leave records for timely salary processing.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, contract labour, and factory-related requirements.
• Performance & Training: Coordinate performance appraisals, probation reviews, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
• Factory HR & Workforce Management: Coordinate with Plant Heads and HODs for manpower planning, absenteeism control, worker deployment, and workforce discipline.
• HR MIS & Policies: Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, and manpower cost; implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Timely closure of recruitment requirements.
