Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Oversee HR operations, including policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Manage employee relations and drive engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Support training, learning, and employee development programs
About you
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience
- Prior exposure to leadership or senior HR responsibilities is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, people-oriented, and results-driven
