Senior HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
• Drive recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and managers on workforce planning and people-related decisions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Monitor employee performance, appraisals, promotions, and career development.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve retention.
• Support learning, training, and development programs.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Help build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Preferred candidate profile

• 38 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS platforms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
