Job Responsibilities :-

• To assist the full spectrum of HR responsibilities .
• Assists in coordinating staff onboarding activities and offboarding procedures.
• Assists in coordinating the performance management process.
• Process payroll and ensure meeting the payment deadline of government statutory.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring process.
• Handle recording of disciplinary and grievance matters, help out in documentation during investigations.
• To assist in maintaining company HACCP system (training section).
• Help out and/or handle foreign worker affair and well-being.
• Coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers including training registration in HRDC portal (submission of grants, follow-up on the approvals, and managing claims/queries)
• To perform any additional or ad hoc assignments from the Superior and The Management from time to time.

Requirements :-

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Human Resource or related field.
• Applicants must be willing to work Ampang / Ulu Kelang (near Zoo Negara).
• Knowledge in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967, and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
• Possess integrity and able to handle confidentiality in the course of work
• Familiar with Access UBS Payroll software would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
