Senior HR Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, drive talent acquisition, and build a strong candidate pipeline across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Handle multiple positions simultaneously and ensure recruitment targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and volume hiring.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities..
• Experience with Zoho Recruit or other ATS/HRMS platforms will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
