Senior HR Executive

We are seeking qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies:

Learning/Training & Development

• Identify and create employee development curriculum through various career paths through on the job experiential learning, networking and formal learning programs;
• Collaborates with key business partners to review learning and performance needs, and conduct needs, content and learner analysis to translate opportunities into learning and skill building solution;
• Designs and develops end to end learning solutions based on analysis and conducts content/material review sessions with internal groups as needed;
• Design and develop learning content using a variety of delivery methods;
• Create comprehensive assessments methods and content to measure learning results;
• Review and adapt existing training materials to meet the immediate needs of the target learner groups;
• Proactively look into the Learning & Development initiatives and improve to ensure it meets the business needs;
• Constantly looks into the frameworks, programs, contents, trainers and etc, find gaps and opportunities to improve;
• Set up a reliable and mature training system;
• Collaborate with different stakeholders both internally and externally and run learning programs;
• Supervises the team members of the Learning & Development Department for compliance to the company's Safety, Health and Environmental requirements;
• Supervises the team members of the Learning & Development Department for compliance to the department's Standard Operating Procedures;
• Enforces workplace discipline and compliance to workplace regulations;
• Enforces superiors in taking appropriate action to address breaches in workplace discipline and breaches of regulations;
• To performs any other duties set by the company policy, management or direct superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, prefer in Engineering/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years and above of working experience in the related fields.
• Required skill(s) and knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as reports writing.
• Good interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
