Senior HR Executive

5 working days (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement and staff onboarding.
• Maintain, update and manage employees’ personal files, HR records.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions and payments, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and HRDF.
• Manage staff attendance, leave records and other payroll-related matters.
• Handle employee relations and basic disciplinary matters, including HR letters and documentation.
• Ensure HR practices and records comply with relevant Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
• Assist with the management and application of work permits for foreign workers, including liaising with agents on related matters.
• Liaise and communicate with relevant government departments on HR and employment-related matters.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / “O” Level, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required.
• Familiar with employment laws, labour relations and other relevant HR regulations.
• Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Well-versed in Million Payroll System will be an added advantage.
