Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers on manpower needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and support workforce planning.
• Develop and review HR policies, ensure alignment with employment regulations, support employee lifecycle activities, and provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis, support salary reviews and increments, and coordinate performance appraisal, calibration and improvement processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records, prepare HR reports and dashboards, track recruitment and performance metrics, and support regional HR projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Experience in recruitment, compensation and performance management.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and employment practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• HRIS experience and regional HR exposure would be an advantage.
